Overview
Professor Bovens has been visiting from the London School of Economics for the fall of 2016. He spent last academic year (2015-2016) at Princeton. He works on a stunningly wide array of topics in formal epistemology, philosophy of economics, puzzles and paradoxes, political philosophy, and moral psychology (including hope). While at Cornell, he has been working on a book called “Coping: A Philosophical Guide". He will remain associated with the Hope & Optimism program into 2017.
