Overview
Alana is a senior studying English and Psychology in the College of Arts and Sciences. For Alana, tutoring is a wonderful opportunity to talk to students from a wide range of disciplines about their perspective on writing, their goals and hopes as Cornell students, and the unique voice and perspective they'd like to share with their reader. In addition to tutoring, Alana loves abandoning the New York Times crossword puzzle halfway through, baking apple cinnamon muffins, and attempting to convince everyone she meets to write an honors thesis on Outkast's unrivalled genius, legacy, and influence (since she's already writing one on race in the Middle Ages).
