Overview
Provides direct IT support, technical assistance, training, and consultation to department end-users, both faculty and staff, for desktop operating systems, servers, hardware, LAN, and classroom/laboratory digital technology. Works in conjunction with the Network Administrator to provide these services.
Scheduled hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:05 PM
