Overview

I am a fourth-year graduate student studying cosmology. I am focused on theory and the interpretation of data in the context of cosmological models. Right now I work primarily with galaxy clusters selected by the cosmic microwave background, with my advisor Nicholas Battaglia. I recently performed a forecast of constraints from galaxy clusters for the upcoming Simons Observatory and CMB Stage-4 experiments, and am currently working on weak-lensing mass calibrations for clusters selected with the Planck satellite.

I graduated from the University of North Carolina Asheville in May 2017 with bachelor’s degrees in physics and mathematics. In addition to undergraduate research on fast radio bursts and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy, I also focused on physics education and outreach during my undergraduate study
